For EU Customers Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you – or a person designated by you – received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply inform us by email or letter. It is sufficient if you send the message before the 30 days expire.

After the withdrawal
What happens next
As soon as we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price incl. standard shipping costs – within 14 days, using the same payment method as for the order. No hidden deductions.
Return costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please pack the goods carefully – ideally in the original packaging – and do not send them back freight collect.
If the goods have been damaged due to handling beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting loss in value.
Financing
Paid via Klarna or installments?
If you paid by invoice, installments, or through a financing service provider (e.g. Klarna) and cancel the purchase, the payment agreement with the provider automatically expires – you do not need to take care of this separately.
International · USA
Customers outside the EU
A statutory right of withdrawal according to EU law unfortunately does not apply to orders outside the European Union.
Nevertheless – it is important to us that you are satisfied, no matter where you order from. Since we do not have a returns warehouse outside of Germany, we cannot guarantee automatic returns. Contact us anyway – we will look together at what is possible.
